How we work

A process built for clarity.

No surprises, no scope creep, no missed deadlines. Our four-phase process gives every project a clear path from brief to launch — and keeps you in the loop at every step.

01

Discovery

1 – 2 days

We start by understanding your business, your customers, and your goals. This is not a box-ticking exercise — it shapes every decision that follows.

Your role

Fill in a detailed brief form and join a 60-minute kick-off call.

Deliverables

  • Project brief document
  • Competitor review (3 sites)
  • Goals & KPI alignment
  • Scope of work agreement
02

Strategy & Design

5 – 10 days

We map out the site structure, then create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups. Nothing goes to code until you have approved the design.

Your role

Review mockups, leave feedback in our shared design board, and approve.

Deliverables

  • Sitemap and user flows
  • Mobile-first wireframes
  • Full-colour mockups (key pages)
  • Copywriting or content guidelines
03

Development & Testing

10 – 20 days

Approved designs become a fast, accessible Next.js website. We build in staging first, then run full QA — cross-browser, cross-device, performance, and accessibility.

Your role

Review the staging site and provide any final change requests.

Deliverables

  • Fully coded website in staging
  • Core Web Vitals optimisation
  • Cross-browser + device testing
  • Accessibility audit (WCAG 2.1 AA)
04

Launch & Handover

1 – 3 days

We deploy to production, configure DNS, set up analytics, and hand over the CMS login. Then we stay on call for 30 days post-launch to catch anything unexpected.

Your role

Confirm go-live date and share hosting/domain credentials.

Deliverables

  • Live production deployment
  • Google Analytics + Search Console setup
  • CMS training session (video recorded)
  • 30-day post-launch support
